In December 2008 I made the plunge and got a Macbook Pro. Since then I've had very little time for experimenting, but I have done some sketches in GarageBand. I only have the basic software right now, so I'm really lacking in instrument voices to work with. But I have put together a few things... some are sketches for jazz ensemble pieces, and some are like "movie music." By that I mean a quick atmospheric sketch. And I'd love to work on a movie score. A few use Apple loops as a starting point and I created the piece around it. Others that use loops do so because there was a good rhythm track for my idea. None of these are finished products, but they're worth a listen. Enjoy!
